At Connor Solutions we believe that the needs of our customers are paramount. As a result we have developed a Quality Management System that ensures the products and services we provide will be of the quality demanded by the customer.

Our ISO 9001 certification is complimented by many other recognised electronic manufacturing standards and endorsements to ensure correct specifications are used in the manufacturing process. These include AS9100 - the quality management standard that meets the demanding requirements of the international aerospace industry and ISO 13485 for the medical sector.

To oversee the whole quality process and be able to deal with the challenging layers of complexity we have invested heavily both financially and in time on our systems structure. We use a combination of Q Pulse, an electronic based system for managing documentation, corrective action, 8D, asset management, calibration and supplier approval alongside EPICOR ERP for systemising our approach to NPI (New Product Introduction) and ECN (Engineering Change) management.
