Investment over the last 18 months includes:-

• The replacement of all SMT placement machines with Fuji NXT platforms
• Doubling of radial component insertion equipment
• Upgrading of the PCB wash plant to a spray-in air system
• Acquisition of an Agilent 3070 ICT platform to meet new customer needs
• The addition of automated laser etching equipment for enhanced B.O.M security
• Implementation of a robotic selective conformal coat system to minimise masking and increase repeatability
• A move to a National Instruments PXI platform to provide clients with new functional test capability.
